Our suites are ideal for beauty, wellness, and creative professionals, including: Hairstylists, Estheticians, Lash Artists, Permanent Makeup Artists, Massage Therapists, Makeup Artists, Brow Specialists, Med Spa Providers, Holistic Practitioners, Coaches, Photographers, Tattoo Artist, and other independent professionals. If you're passionate about your craft and value a professional client experience, we'd love to meet you.
What is included with my suite?

Modern private suite, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, common area maintenance, beautiful client waiting area, cleaning of shared spaces, secure building access, on-site parking.
Are the suites furnished?

We encourage tenants to make their suite feel like their own. Your own decor, branding, and furniture are welcome within our design guidelines so you can create a space that represents your business. By keeping our suites fresh without preexisting furniture, we are able to welcome a wide variety of professionals.
Can I share a suite with another professional?

While one tenant will be responsible to be on the lease agreement, you may sublease your space with another professional with approval.
Is there parking?

Yes. Zara House offers convenient parking for both tenants and clients.
Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included with every suite.

Absolutely. We encourage every prospective tenant to tour the space, explore available suites, and ask any questions before making a decision.
Are there suites available now?

Availability changes frequently. Contact us or schedule a tour to learn which suites are currently available at our Ankeny and West Des Moines locations.
